The office of Economic Development SRTC – Tifton recently hosted a Holiday Cake Decorating course on Thursday, November 14.
The participants learned:
- A buttercream icing recipe
- Making and tinting buttercream icing
- Crumb layer/finishing layer of icing
- Wilton tips, using piping bags
- Christmas tree cake (2 options) technique, finishing touches
