For the 2025 spring semester, which begins January 13, the Southern Regional Technical College (SRTC) Foundation awarded scholarships to 79 students totaling $79,500. The SRTC scholarship funds assist students with education-related costs such as tuition, fees, books, classroom and lab supplies, and gas money.

One of the scholarships awarded this semester was the Thomasville National Bank Scholarship. In Fall of 2024, Thomasville National Bank created a scholarship program to benefit students in their service delivery area who attend SRTC and are enrolled in Business Management, Business Technology, Accounting, or Marketing Management. Five scholarships will be awarded every fall semester for $1,000 each and are intended to follow the students awarded through the completion of their chosen program.

The SRTC Foundation is a non-profit corporation whose mission is to promote the cause of higher education and expand educational opportunities to the students of SRTC.
