The Registrar’s Office provides an important link between academic affairs, student affairs, and the procedures of our college. Our office is responsible for issuing transcripts, evaluating transcripts, assisting with registration, and awarding credentials for our students.

Transcript Request

Online: Southern Regional Technical College has retained Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders over the Internet. Please click on the TranscriptsPlus icon below to enter your order. If you are uncomfortable placing an order over the Internet, you can call Credentials Inc. at 847-716-3005 to place your transcript request. There is an additional operator surcharge for placing orders over the telephone.

NOTE: You will have to authenticate yourself going directly through Credentials. However, if you login to your BANWEB account, this authenticates you with Credentials, and you will not have to provide a signature page.

Request for a Credential Replacement

If you would like a replacement or duplicate copy of an awarded credential, please submit the credential replacement request form and a $25 fee per credential payable to SRTC.

Transcript Evaluation

Upon application for admission into SRTC, a student must submit all former transcripts to the Registrar’s Office for review transfer credit. All transcripts are evaluated and credit is awarded as deemed appropriate.


All graduates must submit the graduation form one semester prior to graduation. There is a $40 application processing fee which students may pay online or in one of our campus stores. SRTC conducts a graduation ceremony twice a year and students are eligible to participate within one year following the completion of their program. Drop and Withdrawals

During the first (3) three days of the semester, students may drop courses without penalty. After the third day of class, students are responsible for all tuition and fees for the course(s). Students who desire to withdraw from courses after the first (3) three days of the semester but prior to the last two weeks of the term must complete the Course Withdrawal or see your course instructor.

GED® Transcript Request

For all GED transcripts, please contact the Department of Education at (800) 946-9433. The original GED® Diploma and an official transcript of test scores will be provided to successful examinees by the Technical College System of Georgia, Office of Adult Education, GED® Testing Program. However, a fee will be charged for a duplicate or replacement GED® Diploma or duplicate official transcripts of test scores. Duplicate official transcripts are $15 and duplicate diplomas are $15.
