Enrollment Verification
Requests for verification of enrollment must be submitted by emailing the Registrar’s Office at registrar@southernregional.edu. If a form is required to be filled out please attach the form to the email.
Verifications cannot be processed until after the fifth day of the semester. Verifications are limited to the current term only. Students seeking verification of enrollment for previous terms should request and pay for an official transcript through Parchment.
Southern Regional Technical College has authorized The National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for all verification requests from third parties.
All insurers, lenders, employers and others who need to verify enrollment and/or degrees of Southern Regional Technical College students must use the National Student Clearinghouse services. Information given by the National Student Clearinghouse is in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
